Proof & program profiles

What an All-In Facility Program Actually Looks Like

Facility managers do not buy adjectives — they buy a scope, a schedule and someone who answers the phone. Below are anonymized profiles of the programs we run by building type, the standards behind them, and how a vendor transition is handled. References matched to your building type are available during the proposal stage.

  • Fully insured

    General liability & workers’ comp

  • Background-checked crews

    Uniformed, badged, trained

  • 48-hour re-clean promise

Not right? We come back free

  • 24/7 storm & emergency line

A real person, not a queue

Program profiles

Scope, cadence and transition by building type

Each profile reflects how we build and run that kind of account in Wisconsin. Client names, addresses and pricing are withheld by policy.

Milwaukee County

Multi-tenant office building

Scope
Five-night janitorial, common-area day porter, quarterly VCT burnish and annual carpet extraction
Cadence
5 nights/week + 1 day porter shift

How the transition runs

  • Walk-through with property management and the outgoing vendor's task list
  • Written scope with tenant-suite exceptions and after-hours access procedures
  • Crew introduction and keying/badging before night one
  • Supervisor inspection at week 1, week 2 and monthly thereafter

Southeast Wisconsin

Outpatient clinic group

Scope
Nightly clinical cleaning, exam-room disinfection protocol, waiting-room touchpoints and terminal restroom detail
Cadence
6 nights/week, staggered by location

How the transition runs

  • Infection-control protocol reviewed with the practice manager
  • Color-coded microfiber and dwell-time standards documented per room type
  • Logged supply management for gloves, liners and dispensers
  • Documented inspection sheet delivered to the clinic lead each month

Fox Cities & Fond du Lac

Manufacturing / converting plant

Scope
Office and locker-room cleaning, break rooms, plant restroom detail and scheduled machine-aisle floor scrubbing
Cadence
5 nights/week + quarterly deep floor care

How the transition runs

  • Safety orientation and PPE requirements confirmed before start
  • Zones mapped so production areas are never cleaned during a running shift
  • Floor program scheduled to shutdown windows
  • One monthly invoice covering cleaning and floor care

Statewide, multi-site

Retail & restaurant portfolio

Scope
Storefront janitorial, window washing route, pressure washing of entries and dumpster pads, winter snow and ice
Cadence
Nightly janitorial, seasonal exterior route

How the transition runs

  • Every address walked and priced on its own square footage
  • One master scope with per-site exceptions
  • Consolidated monthly invoicing, or split billing by entity
  • Single account contact for every location

Milwaukee & Northern Wisconsin

General contractor — post-construction

Scope
Rough, final and touch-up cleans coordinated to the punch list, including window and fixture detail
Cadence
Phase-based, crews sized to the schedule

How the transition runs

  • Scope written against the construction schedule, not a flat rate
  • Crew size adjusted phase to phase so turnover dates hold
  • Punch-list walk with the superintendent before sign-off
  • Touch-up crew held for the days before owner occupancy

Marathon, Lincoln, Oneida & Vilas Counties

Municipal & public buildings

Scope
Night janitorial for administrative buildings, public restroom detail, entry matting and winter ice management
Cadence
5 nights/week + on-call winter response

How the transition runs

  • Bid documents and insurance certificates prepared to the municipality's format
  • Background-checked crews assigned and named in the contract file
  • Written task list mapped line-by-line to the bid specification
  • Documented inspections available for public record requests

The standards behind every profile

What we hold ourselves to on every account

Written scope, not a verbal promise

Every account gets a task-by-task scope of work. If it is not on the list, it is not being counted on — and if it is on the list, it is inspected.

48-hour re-clean response

If something is missed, tell your account contact and we correct it within two business days at no charge. No credit memos, no argument.

Insured with certificates on file

General liability coverage with certificates issued to property management before the first service date, and re-issued at renewal.

Evaluating vendors formally? Our procurement and RFP resources cover insurance requirements, scope templates and how to compare bids that are not written the same way.

The All-In guarantee

If it isn't right, we're back within 48 hours — at no charge.

Every recurring account gets scheduled supervisor inspections and a documented checklist. Flag anything within two business days of a service and we re-clean the area free. No invoice games, no argument.

  • Fixed, written pricing
  • Same crew each visit
  • No long lock-in contracts

FAQ

Questions facility managers ask before switching

Can I speak with a current All-In client before signing?

Yes. We provide references matched to your building type — office, medical, industrial, municipal or multi-site — during the proposal stage. Ask your account contact and we will arrange it.

Are these profiles actual accounts?

They are anonymized descriptions of the scope, cadence and transition process we run for each building type. We do not publish client names, photos or performance statistics without written permission.

How do you measure quality on an account?

Supervisor inspections on a documented checklist, logged per site and reviewed with your account contact. Inspection frequency is weekly during the first month of a transition, then monthly.

What happens if service slips?

Escalate to your named account contact — not a call center. Anything reported is corrected within 48 hours, and repeated issues trigger a crew or supervisor change rather than a credit.

How long does a vendor transition take?

Most single-building transitions are completed in one to two weeks from signed scope to first night of service. Portfolio transitions are staged by region so no site goes uncovered.
