A rough clean removes debris and gets the space broom-clean so finish trades can work. The final clean is the detail pass — dust, glass, fixtures, floors — that presents the building for occupancy.

That is how we staff the job. We price against the date on the schedule and scale the crew to meet it rather than spreading a fixed crew over more days.
