FAQ

Questions from applicants and service providers

Do I need cleaning experience to get hired in Milwaukee?

No. Most of our commercial cleaning and janitorial openings are entry level with paid on-the-job training. Experience matters more for floor care, post-construction and plow operator roles.

What shifts are available?

Commercial and janitorial work is mostly evening and overnight after tenants leave. Residential house cleaning is daytime on weekdays. Snow work is on-call during storm events from roughly November through March.

Is there a background check?

Yes. Every team member is background-checked before entering a customer building or home. That is part of why our clients trust us with keys and alarm codes.

Do you hire in Northern Wisconsin?

Yes. Our Northwoods division is based in Tomahawk and staffs commercial cleaning and seasonal work across Lincoln, Oneida, Vilas and Marathon counties.

How do I apply?

Call 414-710-1445 or email Sales@allinwi.com with the role and city you're interested in. We reply to every applicant, usually within two business days.

What is the difference between employment and a service-partner opportunity?

Employment means you join the All-In team as a member of our staff on our schedule and payroll. A service-partner opportunity is a separate arrangement with an independent business that operates its own company, carries its own insurance where applicable, and invoices for completed work. They are different relationships and are not interchangeable.

What kind of subcontractors is All-In looking for in Wisconsin?

Our current priorities are commercial cleaning contractors, residential cleaning contractors, strip-and-wax and floor-care specialists, and snow-removal contractors. We also review post-construction, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, lawn care, landscaping and unit-turn providers.

Does submitting a service-partner application guarantee work?

No. Applications are expressions of interest. Opportunities vary by location, season, client demand and current contract needs, and approved providers may need additional documentation, insurance and contractual steps before any assignment.
